[Threadhopping] Mukuro is a rule-breaker and he doesn't mind intrusions at all (and nor do I).
[Plotting] I don't mind ooc notes within tags if you want to plot.
[Offensive subjects] Would rather not participate in a smut log, but I will if I need to.

[What's okay to mention around him/her] I see no reason why you should not talk about anything you like to Mukuro.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] There are plenty of pictures of him to find. His right eye (which is red; the left is blue) enables him to use abilities from the Six Paths of Reincarnation. 1st path - illusion, 2nd path - use skills of those he's possessed, 3rd path - summon animals, 4th path - heightened combat skill, 5th path - gains a raw increase in strength but requires him to make his eye bleed (not often used), 6th path - allows for the possession of others provided he's scratched them with his weapon: a trident.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] If a post is private but hackable, that means those who are determined to ferret out his secrets can read it. Strikeouts are literally strikeouts and, unless specified, can usually be read.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Go ahead. Mukuro will bite back though.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] You're welcome to but fight Mukuro at your own peril.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] He's up for anything.
