No, I don't think so. I think you found yourself in a situation that you don't understand completely yourself. Sometimes talking it out can help you figure out what you want or need to do.

I think that they are. Not all the time, of course, but if there's someone you really want to talk to that's...gone, then yeah, I think it can help. Not if that's all you're focusing on, though.
