I guess it depends on the person. Some of them, the religious ones, still celebrate the birth of Christ. Others just like the time with family they never get to see otherwise. You don't have a reason to celebrate Christmas?
No reason. It's just nice though that it's the one day of the year when most people are nice to each other. The family part is pretty nice too. It's up to you whether you celebrate it or not. It's easier when you've got someone with you though.
