I have a lunch date with Byakuran tomorrow, which I suppose it would be unwise to miss. No matter how I view the situation, he appears to be intent on seducing me wholly. I should be wary. However, he hardly gives me a choice in the matter. Although by believing I have no choice other than what he suggests, I effectively place myself in his control.

...I cannot allow that to happen. But then if I were to consider the consequences of refusing him...

I must tread carefully. It is indeed much like a game, as he called it. If I lose once I submit, then what of Byakuran? At what point will he lose?

Those roses you left on my bed were quite lovely, Byakuran, if a hassle to remove so I could sleep.


If any require my services in preparation for Christmas festivities, I suppose I am available. I would be able to make it snow indoors, for instance. Though whether ice forms on the floor as a result - and whether you are careless enough to tread on it and slip - is not my concern.
